Our business hours are 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday to Friday. Any support ticket filed outside of these hours will be responded to the next business day. In addition, we will strive to respond at the earliest in case of emergencies like website downtime and hacked websites.

If you are requesting website updates to content, we will give you an estimated completion time when you submit your maintenance requests.If your website contains more than 20 installed plugins and/or is a large website, we will first assess your website and provide a custom maintenance plan for it.
You fill out a form with basic website and contact information. We will call you to establish a relationship and request your website credentials. After we login to your website and make an assessment, we will send you payment details. Once your payment is received, our support/maintenance team start working on your website.
Given that each business and website have unique needs, our website support and maintenance plans are personalized for each business. After we have determined that we are a good fit, we will email you a personalized plan list.
